BACP Specialist

My passion for therapy began during my studies in psychotherapy and was further developed whilst I was working in Education with young people and in my private practice. My work led me to specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Couples Therapy. I was a counselling lecturer for many years, training individuals who were embarking on a new learning experience, and, for some a new career path, in to the world of counselling.
