Couples Work

When one or both partners decide that they can no longer continue in the relationship they may decide to separate without fully exploring what is at the root of the problems that they are experiencing. A very large percentage of couples split for all the wrong reasons only to regret it later. Couples counselling offers a space where you will both be supported whilst you explore whatever difficulties are affecting your relationship. Depending on to what degree a couples relationship has deteriorated, couples counselling may require only a few sessions, or meeting with the therapist at least once each week for several months of counselling.
